Begin with a detailed intake session to explore your background, current challenges and therapy goals. This session helps establish the foundation for your personalized therapeutic journey.

Together, we will create a treatment plan that is tailored to your unique needs and goals, whether you’re looking to mange anxiety, improve your relationships or enhance your emotional well-being.

Weekly Sessions

Participate in one-on-one therapy sessions where you’ll explore your thoughts, emotions and experiences. Together, we’ll identify patterns, build coping skills and address challenges to foster meaningful growth.

Closure Session

Conclude your therapeutic journey with a meaningful discharge session, where we reflect on your progress, reinforce strategies for continued growth, and ensure you leave with the confidence to maintain your achievements independently.

  • In our first session, we’ll take time to discuss your background, challenges and the goals you’d like to work toward in therapy. This will help establish the foundation for your personalized treatment plan.

  • Sessions typically last 50-60 minutes. The duration can be adjusted depending on your needs, ensuring that you have the time to explore and address what’s most important to you.

  • Yes, confidentiality is a cornerstone of therapy. Everything you share is private, with a few exceptions, such as situations where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others. We’ll go over the specifics of confidentiality in our first session.

  • Most clients benefit from weekly or bi-weekly sessions initially. We can adjust the frequency as you progress to ensure that your therapy continues to support your goals and needs.

  • Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us the ability to adjust schedules and ensures you won’t be charged for missed appointments.

  • I am happy to discuss payment options with you, including whether your insurance can be used for therapy. If insurance isn’t an option, we can discuss private pay options that best suit your situation.

  • You’ll notice changes in your emotional well-being, coping skills, and how you handle life’s challenges. We’ll check in together regularly to assess your progress and make sure therapy remains aligned with your goals.

  • Absolutely! My practice only offers virtual sessions at this time. Virtual therapy is provided through a secure video platform, offering flexibility while maintaining a supportive environment for your growth.
